work with metal to produce my sculptures. On one side is my metal creature sculptures and on the other are my musical instrument hybrid sound sculptures. My work conbines different aspects of the subject matter to create a new instrument/creature all together. An example featured is the Tridronalyn, which combines the stringed aspect of a Cello with the bag and drone of bagpipes (internally). The animal sculptures draw on features of different species for inspiration.

My current work is in kinetic sculpture, where I have been building sculptures to animate using motors. I weld using wind and solar power as my worksite is not on the national grid
